How to get started

  1. Initial Consultation: Schedule a free 15-min phone call to discuss your needs and see if we’re a good fit.

  2. Session Scheduling: We’ll schedule your first session and you will fill out an intake form here before our first session.

  3. Counselling Sessions: We will typically meet weekly for the first month and bi-weekly thereafter. Each session is 50 mins.
